Note: this information is being sent to all 2007
teams (managers and co-managers), as well as any prospective new teams.
If you are
no longer involved with organizing your team please forward this information to
the new manager.
Men’s, Women’s, and Coed Teams
Register Now
Returning Teams……….…register now through Feb. 8 to reserve your spot in the league.
New Resident Teams*…………………register beginning Feb.12-15.
*Teams that have 5 or more Wauwatosa residents on their roster.
Open Registration……….Feb. 18 until leagues are filled.
Team Registration
Complete the Team Entry Contract and return with sponsor fee to reserve your spot in the league.
Sponsor fee - $249
Team Rosters
Team rosters and individual player fees are to be turned into the Recreation Department prior to
the first game. Players may be added to the roster through the 4th game.
Resident player fee-$17; Non-resident
player fee-$27.
Schedules
Leagues are tentatively scheduled to begin the week of April 21.
Schedules will be e-mailed approximately April 7.
Softballs
Teams will be required to purchase softballs. Information regarding the ball, cost,
and availability will be sent to teams approximately 1 month prior to the start of the season.
E-mail
League communication will be by e-mail. League information will also be posted on our
website, at www.tosarec.com. Each team must have at least two players designated who check
their e-mail daily.
