Intro to Karate
Grades 1 - 5
Learn the basic techniques of Karate while having fun at the Black Belt
Leadership Academy. Learning blocks, hand and foot strikes and
self-defense techniques, you will develop respect, awareness, control and
self-confidence. Where else can you learn to be a leader and break a
board at the same time?
Introduction to Moo Doe
( 8 Martial Arts Taught as One) for
Children
Ages 5 - 10
This course will introduce children to a foundation of how to develop
strength, flexibility, coordination, timing and control, with over-all
health and wellness. Confidence can be improved, as well as focus,
self-discipline, and increased energy levels.
Skill and flexibility are important, but in order to accomplish anything,
you must have the confidence to act using these skills and abilities.
Confidence is the key to unlocking your potential. Confidence builds
self-respect. The confidence you gain will stay with you and serve you
throughout your entire life.
Introduction to Moo Doe

Ages 11 - 16
Discover Moo Doe, the study of eight East Asian martial arts taught as
one. Learn kicks, hand attacks and a Kung Fu short form, and
several beginning level self-defense techniques. Begin to develop
strength, flexibility, coordination, timing and control, with over-all
health and wellness. Improve confidence, focus, self-discipline, and
increase energy levels. Confidence builds self-respect, and is the key
to unlocking your potential.

and effective behaviors and techniques can become defensive maneuvers.
Develop power for self-defense movements and increase your muscle tone,

Common symptoms of stress can start to impact our personal and professional
relationships. Prolonged exposure can weaken our immune system and we
begin to age faster.

**Difficulty in communication
Prevent illness and promote healing, revitalization and spiritual wellness
by practicing correct principles of T'ai Chi. Learn easy, no-impact
movements and combine them with proper breathing techniques. Dress
comfortably. Attend any or all of the Stress Release classes during
the session.
