'Tosa Aquatic Club (USS Competitive Swim Team)
Competitive swim program for girls and boys of all ages who can swim a minimum of 25 yards each of the front and back crawl.  RED (new) swimmers will learn the 4 competitive strokes, starts and turns.  WHITE (novice) swimmers have some experience and will focus on stroke technique, increased yardage at practice and will train for meets.  BLUE (advanced) swimmers will swim greater yardage and do interval work.  The team competes in dual and local and state meets.
Practices are held at East and West, Monday thru Friday.
All swimmers must register before they attend practice; new members are given an one-week free trial.  Forms are available at the Recreation Department office, or can be downloaded here.

Rates for September 10 - March 1:

Red/White	$225 / $322 Non-resident
Blue	$225 / $322 Non-resident
Rates for October 22 - March 1:
Red/White	$190 / $260 Non-resident
Blue	$190 / $260 Non-resident
High School (off season):
	$145 / $195 Non-resident

Family rates are available.  If you are registering online and would like to take advantage of the family discount, please call the Recreation Department office BEFORE registering online.
