Chess
MASCA (Milwaukee Area Scholastic Chess Association) Chess School:
Age 4 - Adult
Students gain proficiency in chess over time and require practice to utilize the skills they learn in class.  In each small-group session, course content is modified to maintain student interest and avoid repetition.  Individual progress is monitored using a skills checklist.  Students are also encouraged to participate in weekend tournaments to practice and further advance their chess game.

Prerequisite:  None; we recommend that a parent accompany children in 1st grade and under.

Advanced Beginner
