Stress Release - T'ai Chi Chung
Common symptoms of stress can start to impact our personal and professional relationships.  Prolonged exposure can weaken our immune system and we begin to age faster.

Prevent illness and promote healing, revitalization and spiritual wellness by practicing correct principles of T'ai Chi.  Learn easy, no-impact movements and combine them with proper breathing techniques.  Dress comfortable.  Attend any or all of the Stress Release classes during the session.

Basic Bridge Skills Lessons
Club Series

The first program in the Basic Bridge Skills lesson, the Club series focuses on bidding fundamentals.  Topics examined will include hand evaluation methods, opening bids, responses and rebids, competitive auctions, and a few special situations.  No prior bridge experience is required.  A textbook, available for purchase from the instructor, is required for all classes.
