Parent/Tot MOVEMENT NEW!- A Parent & Child Class
Age: 16 months - 23months
Children and their adult partners will use imagination through guided discovery of basic motor skills.  This will include balancing, large muscle movements and creative playing.  One parent per child.


Parent/Tot Tumbling - A Parent & Child Class
Age: 24 months - 36 months
A fun class for a parent and child to build a growing relationship through the learning of basic motor skills, coordination and tumbling.

Kidnastics 1 & 2
Age 3 & 4
Level 1:  Children will learn basic motor skills, improve coordination and develop listening skills while being introduced to basic tumbling and gymnastic equipment.
Level 2:  is for children who have participated in the program and are 4 years old.  They will build upon various skills taught in Kidnastics 1 and concentrate on better control and form while still having fun.

Pre-Beginner Gymnastics
Age 5 - 7
Learn backward rolls, headstands and cartwheels.  Enhance coordination and body strength.
Requirement:  must be able to independently do a forward roll.

Beginner Gymnastics 1 
7 years and older,
Learn various types of cartwheels, dance skills and handstands.  Concentrate on body control and strengthening.  
Prerequisite:  Passed Pre-beginner Gymnastics

Beginner Gymnastics 2 
Learn handstand to bridge, back bend kick-over, round-offs, dance skills, and review skills learned in Beginner 1.  Concentrate on body control and strengthening.
Prerequisite:  Passed Beginner Gymnastics 1 

Balance and Bounce 
Learn the basic skills on the balance beam, uneven bars and vault.  Each day will focus on a different piece of equipment.  Must have taken at least one session of Beginner 1.

Intermediate Gymnastics
Learn front and back walk-overs and front handsprings.  Connect tumbling and dance skills learned in Beginner 2.  Emphasis is on body control and form.
Requirement:  Passed Beginner Gymnastics 2

Beam/Vault/Bar Combo
While using the balance beam, uneven bars and vault, build on tumbling and dance skills learned in Beginner Gymnastics 1; learn new skills on each apparatus, learn mounts and dismounts.
Requirement:  Passed Beginner Gymnastics 1

Power Tumbling
Focus on advanced tumbling skills including front and back handsprings.  Connect advanced tumbling skills while maintaining body control and form.

Especially For You
Age 10 - 17
Designed for middle- and high-school participants who need to work on beginner or intermediate skills and are not comfortable in the Beginner 1 &  or Intermediate classes.  Learn new skills on the floor, beam, uneven bars, and vault.  Coaches will work each class period to improve dance and tumbling skills at each student's pace.
