Senior Citizen Water Exercise
For Men and Women

This total body workout for active seniors is conducted in shallow water (you do not have to know how to swim).  Exercise to improve your flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination and balance.  It is recommended that you consult with your doctor before enrolling.
