Summer School course offerings
are available to students with disabilities. If your son

on the registration form. If you have any questions

contact Therese Kwiatkowski, Supervisor of Student Services,

Procedure for Enrolling
Students With Disabilities
Students with disabilities
who enroll in Summer School classes must register as other
students do. When completing the online registration,
please identify the student as a student with a disability.
Prior to the end of the regular school year, it is recommended
that parents acquire a copy of your child's accommodation list
and/or IEP At A Glance from the special education teacher to
share with the summer school teacher. If a student needs
to enroll in a class outside of their current grade level,
changes from the grade level class to a different level are
authorized by the Student Services Department. Students
needing grade level adjustments must register for the class at
their grade level to secure a seat. Adjustments are
recommended by the special education teacher to the Student
Services Department by May 1st. Contact your child's
case manager to discuss this option. Questions?
Call Therese Kwiatkowski, (414)773-1084.
